J.J. Abrams will receive the J. Jonah Jameson Food & Music Awards 2016 as well as other honors at the event. 

The film and TV writer is nominated for his new HBO series The Good Wife, which premieres January 10.

Abrams is the first African American to win an Emmy.

He is also nominated for best drama series for his HBO series, Black Mirror. 

Actors and entertainers will also receive accolades for their work in the film and television world. 

Dylan O’Brien is nominated as best actor for his work in The Good Husband, as well his portrayal of the character of a former CIA operative. 

David Cross is nominated best supporting actor for the role of Joe in the HBO series Black Mirror, as he portrays Joe’s boss and former mentor, Dr. David Black, played by Jeffrey Tambor. 

And for best actor, a nomination goes to Jason Segel, who plays the father of the boy in HBO series House of Cards, played the character, Kevin, played in a cameo appearance in the show. 

O’Brien and Cross are also nominated as special guests. 

In addition, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Academy and NAACP will present an awards ceremony.
