Posted November 08, 2019 07:54:20On November 8, the first Korean-language film to be released will be a “horror movie,” the studio Wanna B Entertainment said in a press release.
It is a remake of the 1989 Korean horror film Wanna Do, which was released in the United States in 1991.
The remake is set to hit theaters on December 16, 2019.
The remake will follow a “shaggy dog-type” named Wanna who travels from Japan to the United Kingdom, where she meets the boy from the previous movie.
Wanna finds a man named Jack who is “very handsome,” and the two share a friendly, romantic relationship.
The film will be shot on location in London and will feature the likes of Mark Rylance, J.K. Simmons, Ben Whishaw, John Boyega, and Mark Riz Ahmed.
The movie will be produced by the same team that worked on WannaDo.
Wanna-Be Entertainment said that the film will star Riz, who will play Jack’s father, who is a “very charming and charming guy,” while Jack will be played by Tom Hiddleston, who “exquisitely fits” Jack.
The release date of the film has not yet been set.
The release date for Wanna Be Entertainment’s upcoming horror film, Wanna Does, has not been announced.
